You are what you eat in Skin Care !

How does food play a role in radiant skin?
It's one of the parts of having beautiful skin. The other is taking care of skin with our natural products with organic ingredients.

Your food influences your systems blood flow and the nourishment you get and your skin will reflect that.

Eating fried, fast foods, excess sugar will dull and break down your skin.

Eating super foods like berries, fruits, herbs will do wonders for your body and skin.


If you have Oily skin and you don't want to cut down on your meat intake,  Take ginger with every fatty meal, (shave it into something or make it  into a tea ), it will help increase digestive enzymes and without  good digestion your body will get more and more swollen from the toxicity.


Herbs contain naturally essential oils and will release these oils right into the body when eaten raw. Chop them up and add them to your food, they will release their antibacterial qualities right into your digestion system.

Blueberries are very high as an antioxidants, they help to boost immune system. Very good for skin ,anything good for the skin is good for your immune system.

Avacado moisturizing and soothing the inner body, high in fatty acids. And great as a facial mask.

Dry skin , Lack of minerals and lack of hydration. Eat a lot of wet foods like lettuce, fruits and wet vegetables like cucumbers. Get minerals from seaweed, beans, dark green leafy vegetables, seeds and nuts, Ground flax seed sprinkle on salad or put into a smoothy drink.


Oatmeal acts as a scrub brush for our insides, cook for about 5-6 minutes with a little honey and almond milk. The cleaner our arteries and veins and the whole vascular system is you wont get rosacea as you age.

AVOID any processed food at all, NO soda even diet soda it will strip you of all the minerals you put in your body.

Use your common scents, If something is burning or makes you sick or feel blotted stop eating it this is your body telling you help Me , somethings wrong. If your skin is breaking out really bad these are signs of what you may be eating.
